「Clean property. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.」

「It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.」

「Stayed at hotel four years ago very nice now outside in terrible condition inside not much better. When I got there waited twenty minutes to check in finally man comes to desk acts like I inconvenienced him to do his job had to ring bell to get him there. When got to room on second floor half floor got plastic blocking it plywood on window on other end. I recommend going to next exit to Hampton inn worth the price」

「The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. 」

「The property was ok. I can’t rate 5 stars because the phone in the room didn’t work, the toilet would run all the time and a couple of the “ clean “ towels had hair in them. I wasn’t there long so I didn’t complain but I probably wouldn’t stay there again」

「The room was mostly clean and the hotel looked great. The area was nice and easy to access. Breakfast was sub-par. Everything looked and tasted like it had been re heated. All of the food was cold. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for days.」

「Rooms were clean and comfortable, location is great for downtown access and Newberry College. Building and interior is a bit older/tired, but upkeep seems good overall.」

「The location was sketchy but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that. The rooms appeared to be recently updated and were pretty clean. I wouldn’t want to stay there for an extended time but for an overnight stay the price was good and the rooms were clean.」

「The women who took care of the breakfast area was sweet and kind and helpful breakfast and coffe were great. The room itself was damp feeling and smelled musky. The inside looked of the room was aged. The outside on the building was painted nicely.i would not stay there again. I have been to other Wyndham properties and they are great」

「Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters.」

「Our room ended up having bed bugs. When I brought this up to the gentleman at the front desk, he said “I’ll have a manager contact you after an investigation. You probably brought them from home.” Wouldn’t give me the managers number, and couldn’t, and wouldn’t discuss anything else. Very disappointed in this property. I travel quite often for work, and frequent Holiday Inn. I absolutely will not be returning to a HI in the future. 」
