“The photos don’t do it justice. This is a high quality, new home in excellent condition. The location is in a subdivision in a rural area with nicer homes. The home is sited on a hill with natural landscaping and has a beautiful deck.”

“We came down with myself, my husband, my mother and our 4 children to spend the week with our family down here and explore Boston. The house was beautiful and clean. conveniently it has the washer and drier which helped with our big family and washing our laundry!! kitchen and living spaces were wonderful as well. Location was great for anything we needed! restaurants, mall, target, grocery stores and not too far from Boston. The neighborhood was quiet and cute as is the town! Owner was helpful……

“Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. ”

“Christine was very welcoming and accommodating with our family and group as we celebrated a college graduation, and two birthdays on her beautiful property. Each room has temperature controls, including the primary bath, and our family felt relaxed throughout our stay.”

“We were in town working a boat show, I was looking for a location just outside of Boston that was pet friendly with parking. My wife commented on how all the linens smelled so good, All in all a very nice experience”

“Overall it was as listed. 2nd floor apt. Only, we did not like floorboards making sound as we walked and there are a few areas where the floor is not even (basic for older homes). Also the blinds were missing a few pieces. But there are curtains for privacy.”

“Six of us stayed at the property to attend my daughter's graduation. It was close to the WPI campus and the DCU arena. It was very clean and nicely renovated.”

“The apartment was new and immaculate. Ramon was a great host. He addressed a small issue immediately. The only downfall is it’s on the 3rd floor if you can’t do steps.”
