“We loved our studio — it was cozy, charming, and fit our needs perfectly. Frank went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and his hospitality really stood out. “The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. While we didn’t cook much, it was nice to use for small meals. The bathroom was also neat and clean. ”

“Lovely, immaculately clean place, the river was so serene as we drank coffee on the back porch each morning. The first day I saw a blue heron perched on a river rock!The place offered thoughtful amenities, like a Keurig with a filter and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept well. We so enjoyed our stay and given that we have family nearby and it's affordable, we hope to book it again!”

Easy 10-15 minute walk to town for cafes/restaurants or take the free Beacon bus. Excellent restaurants: Had an amazing meal a the Wild and great meal at Momo.”

“The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe.”
