“We were a bit concerned when we arrived. The receptionist was not terribly friendly nor welcoming. We wondered if we were at the wrong place. We deposited our bags in the room and headed to the dining room. We were greeted by Haley, who made up for the initial greeting we received. She was lovely and so friendly.
