Le porte serviette est propre là où le client pose ses serviettes, mais insuffisamment nettoyé sur les bords alors qu'un nettoyage un peu approfondi 1 fois par semaine suffirait. Pourquoi changer les serviettes alors que nous ne l'avions absolument pas demandé: nous essayons de respecter les règles relatives à l'environnement.
