“We had a great 3-night visit to the Lighthouse. The house was well equipped and ready for our arrival to just settle in and relax. Easy walk to the beach and wildlife to view right off the back deck including deer, rabbits a racoon and coyote. Thank you to the hosts for a pleasant home away from home.”

“This funky, spacious property was just perfect for two couples for a cycling holiday. We loved hanging out in all the social spaces, inside and out. The river was great to cool off in. The routes inland, south in the forests, and west to the coast are excellent for road biking. The gardens were beautiful & the fencing made parking & setting up the bikes secure. “Cute little river house. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled, clean interior. Has most amenities for cooking (bring your own seasonings). Hot tub works well but turn it up when you arrive so it's hot when you want to use it. Tight driveway, don't recommend a full size truck. Definitely would stay here again.”

“My friends and I wanted a quite little get-away and that is exactly what we got! There is a little bit of road noise, but we were able to ignore it for the most part. The house was prefect and we spent most of our time outside on the patio. The fire table is great and the hot tub was nice to relax in. The frogs after dark were a special treat and we also got to see ducks, geese and a huge banana slug! Only thing that could have made it better was a place to take a nap outside! We can't wait to……

“Spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. Even though the house was cold when we got there, the wall heater did a great job heating the main room. Beds (including couch bed) were very comfortable and they provided lots of blankets. We enjoyed hanging out in the large kitchen and playing one of their many board games! Thank you for a great stay!”

“The location of this house is stunning. It's on a peninsula that sticks out in to Clear Lake, and then it itself is on its own little rocky promontory that sticks out from the peninsula. The house is about 50 feet up from the lake. The upshot of this is that you get an amazing view of the lake from sunrise to sunset, and due to it sticking out to the lake a bit, a lot of the local birds use the updraft it creates. The bird life is fantastic! We saw Bald Eagles, an Osprey, a Red-tailed Hawk, a……

“This beautifully-aged classic house must be one of the originals. It has definitely stood the test of time, and has been well-maintained and restored over the years. The view out over the ocean from the open-beamed living room, while enjoying a glass of wine in front of a gently crackling fire, evokes the spirit of the best of Sea Ranch. The house comes very well stocked, especially the kitchen, where a good cook can feel right at home. Truly a delightful place to spend a few relaxing days.”

“The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows.”

“Very few properties in Sea Ranch have the proximity to water view like this one. Interior and exterior spaces take full advantage of them. Had visits from seals, ospreys & at a respectable distance, a skunk. Great directions for a tricky location to find. Morning treats from Stewart Point only 2 miles away.”
