“Chateau Bourbon is first class and I give it Five stars plus ! Quiet and comfortable, I would like to stay there again.”

“Very clean and comfy. Great location.”

“Very nice new property. Had a great meal at the “ tavern” down the street. Lots of rain and humidity so there was a small problem of the bathroom door swelling and not closing. The beds were so comfortable.”

“We had another great stay at the B-Well Rafter J Lodge: A Family Gathering Place. The location is always clean and a great place to be. The host has always been super friendly and will reach out to check in to make sure the trip is going well!”

“Very Professional”

“Overall, we were pleased with our stay. The only thing that could use some work is the entry way sidewalk was partially blocked with overgrowth. When it rained, we had to walk through the mud to get to our car since the sidewalk was blocked.”

“The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING next door including snoring. I would not stay here again.”

“Very clean and well maintained!”

“Great, clean property, had everything we needed for our stay. The host was in touch with us to make sure we could get in the house. Will definitely use again!!”

“Beautiful and comfortable house. Very responsive host. Everything was perfect for our 2-night stay and super close to Live Oak Golf Course to watch the HSU hosted golf tournament!”

“We stayed at The Gathering Place while we were in town for the OTRA Finals, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed with the sweetest little gifts waiting for us. The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and well cared for. The A/C kept up with the 100+ degree Texas heat without any problem, which we definitely appreciated! The kitchen was fully stocked with any pots/pans/utensils/etc. you could need or want The backyard was such a cute space to relax, and……

“Great time!!!”

“A nice simple rental with all the amenities you would get at an extended stay hotel plus a washer and dryer if you needed it. Looks like this was very recently built so everything was in really good condition. Parking was a little tricky with 5 spaces plus a handicapped spot for the four rental units and we were in a big crew cab pickup. The area was quiet at night with no real traffic noise or any other noise from the neighborhood to disturb us. Lots of places to eat nearby along with a……

“Great host. Property was as described. Very comfortable. Updated nicely. ”

“The house was everything it was described to be. Everything was set up nicely and it’s in location not far from local restaurants. It was a perfect work trip house for 4. The grill was an added bonus. Would definitely book again.”

“Great! See u next time”
