“PERFECT location, and extremely clean rental. Wished we stayed when the weather was warm so we could take advantage of the boathouse and lake amenities -- no detail was spared! If we are ever in the area again, we would stay again without hesitation!”

“The layout flowed very well on the main floor from the living room to the kitchen and dining room. Nice entrancewsy to put shoes and coats. Bedrooms were comfortable and had easy access to bathrooms except in the basement. Nice balconys and outside areas.”

“This house was perfect for our stay in Erie. Gathering for my parent's memorial service, we needed multiple houses in Erie to help accommodate our family and Janelle's properties were ideal. Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. “Watchfull neighbors with a relaxing herbal essence in the area. Close to restaurants and the waterfront”

“It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. You do have to trek though that room and down stairs a way to the bathroom. There isn't heating up there that we……

“Our stay was perfect!! The house was stocked with everything. The best part was we could sit in the living room, which is very cozy, and see the lake. Perfect spot for a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset when we were there. The to a small beach area is another plus. Now for the owner Stacey, she was very nice and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. My friend and I are clean freaks and the house was SPOTLESS! Only downside was check out time is 10 am. We felt rushed.……

“The house is listed as a mansion. It did not meet my impression of a mansion. It is beautif on the inside but needs some updates. The space for the kids and all the different areas was great. The grounds were under repair and there was no private outdoor space. We did not realize, but there was no bathtub. The property manager was wonderful.”
