"The pool was nice and clean, the rest of the property not so much. The ice bucket still had a bag with melted ice in it. There were hairs (wasn’t ours) in the bathroom. The room smelled like they just sprayed it for critters."

"The staff was exceptional. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Hotel was near sold out and it was obviously understaffed.
