"The view here is phenomenal. The hotel offers so much peace and easy access to the lake with unlimited kayaking included in your recreation. The staff were great. I have much more positive things to say about my stay than negative…. The only thing is that I found the pool water to have an opaque color and didn’t seem as clean in comparison to crystal clear pools I’ve been too. Though regardless of that factor I would 100% come back and recommend. "

"Staff in all levels has high standards so their service is excellent, the hotel is clean, very well organized even though had a lot of traffic (events going on) it never felt crowded. They provide plenty of room for guests. Excellent location to walk in La Gran Via and neighbors malls. The area is very safe."

"The staff is excellent! I got a message the first morning we were there to check in on how the night went and to see when we wanted our room serviced. It is beautiful with panormaic views. "

"We were celebrating an anniversary. The location was amazing. The mall and shops around had everything you needed. Carlos at the front desk was awesome. He helped us book an amazing restaurant for our anniversary dinner, book the transportation, and helped with excursions. A great time was had and we will return."

"Had to change rooms from 610 to 616 because shower head is very unconfortable for women that do not want to wash hair and fouset was to close to the wall. I tried to get water with with a glass and I broke it since my hands were slippery with soap. This time hotel did not honor launch room as a previous reservation done with Expedia, but this time they did not do it. Did not like it at all."
