「At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction.
Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room.
Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

「Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day.」

「Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours.
The only negative for the estate is the lack of parking - each property generally...
