  • This is a top house in Eco-Maritime Residence marAmar, steps away from the best surf spot at La Lora, large balconies, surrounded​ by the forest, great location. You have access to the shared pool in the residence.
    marAmar has one of the most beautiful​ pools in Santa Teresa, 24/7 security & fast wifi.

    Fully equipped luxury villa with nice views. 2 bedrooms with A/C, living room, kitchen, giving capacity for up to 6 people, perfect for groups or families wanting to enjoy Santa Teresa in an oasis in the middle of the jungle with the security and luxury of a private neighborhood.
    The neighborhood has a large Balinese style pool for our guests surrounded by wonderful gardens.
    We give a personalized service to the clients to make of their vacations something pleasant and unforgettable in a wonderful environment.

great location

clean house in great location. 4 min walk to pool. 15 min walk to ocean. the Augustine was very responsive to questions and friendly. The road to the house is extremely steep. i probably wouldn’t rent this particular house again because of the steepness. i would rent a house lower in the complex. the community has a gate and is guards 24/7. the guards and daily housekeeping staff were very polite.

Maison contemporaine absolument magique dans un cadre somptueux à 2 minutes de la plage et des restaurants !! nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette pièce immense au dernier étage avec cette large terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. Excellent accueil, personnel disponible et tout est fait pour d'excellentes vacances avec un haut niveau d'équipement. Je conseille vivement !

BEST WEEK OF MY LIFE!

Casa Pochote is an absolute dream! Glori and her team are a pleasure to work with and will ensure your stay is everything you could ever imagine. We will certainly be coming back to Casa Pochote - great for big groups traveling together, you almost feel like you have your own wing in the house. All bedrooms bathrooms which is a huge plus! The location is also ideal as you are in the middle of town, easy access to cafe's, the beach & ATM. One suggestion, make sure you rent ATV's to get around the area.
