“We really liked the location! It was a great central spot for everything we had planned, from a Braves game to Kennesaw Mountain and Marietta Square. The host was also easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we had a question.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The host was communicative and helpful with clear instructions for checking in and checking out, parking, etc. The carriage house was mostly clean (save for some stains on the underside of the comforter). A note about the bed: If you like a VERY soft sleeping experience, this is the place for you. “The unit itself was okay. It was reasonably clean, though we did spot roaches and a few other bugs during our stay. The shower ran cold our first day, but I’ll give the host credit — we messaged him and he had it fixed quickly and without any hassle. The bigger issue was the property as a whole, which is in real need of repairs and upkeep. From the driveway all the way to the common area where you access the unit, things felt neglected. The light fixture in the entry had only one working bulb……

“A very clean and well appointed apartment. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were good communicators and checked in from time to time to make sure we were comfortable without being intrusive. We were there to catch a couple of ball games at Truist Field and the location was fantastic! The price was a bit high, but the value was there if you’re going to the ballpark.”
