「We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. 「WOW!That just about sums up this property.Our stay was almost perfect (will mention a few negatives at the end of this review)The unit itself was very clean and pretty much matches the pictures in the listing. 「Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child.
