Modern and nicely decorated apartment with panoramic views of the river and the opposite Reichsburg.
Our apartment is 64 square meters and a Non smoking apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a living room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
In addition, there are 2 double bedrooms incl. Related beds, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a separate toilet.
On the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view.
The apartment is on the first floor.
To this apartment also has a private garage where you can park your car and your bikes.
For a relaxing holiday in a quiet but central location offers our comfortable apartment a great starting point.
Enjoy after a busy day a glass of Moselle wine on your balcony and let the lights of the city Cochem affect you.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Es gibt wie überall ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern könnte aber das ist ja auch anssichtsache.

Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Alles bestens. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Super gemütliche Wohnung
Wir haben zu 4 unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Super Sauber. An Ausstattung fehlte nichts. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und die Lage einfach Top. Ca 10 Minuten Fußweg bis in die Innenstadt Cochem. Immer wieder gerne 😊

Urlaub Cochem 8/2020 Ferienwohnung Haus Ostermann
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub dieses Jahr in Cochem an der Mosel verbracht.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr hell. Trotz der hohen Temperaturen war sie immer schön kühl. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf die Burg von Cochem.
Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden diese immer wieder buchen.

Excellent and beautiful!!
The apartment is bright and comfortable, we were there for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The view from the balcony is very imposing seeing the "Reichsburg" and the Mosel while sipping a nice glass of Riesling!
It was a bit disappointing there was no washing machine!
Walking to the centre of Cochem takes about 15 minutes which is ideal.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf der richtigen - weil ruhigen Moselseite
Gut gelegene ruhige Wohnung, Altstadt, Sessellift und Burg sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Supermarkt und Schwimmbad in 5Minuten per Auto. Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon auf die Burg und Mosel. Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort, alles bestens, Spielplatz fussläufig erreichbar. Supergrosse Garage mit Platz für mehrere Fahrräder- das gibt's echt selten. Einzig das WLAN könnte schneller/stabiler sein.
Schöner Kurzurlaub Ostern 2017 - leider schon zuende.
