“The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. For the age of the property and the price of the room, I was very impressed in the quality of the experience.”

“This property was below average at best. The parking lot was littered with trash and food, to the point that one evening it was so dark that I stepped in a pile of fire ants as I was getting out of my car and was bitten all over my feet. When I went to look in the morning, there were chicken bones all over the ground around the car that must have attracted them. The room was so damp and moist, that the carpeting was gross to walk on barefoot. The room smelled of that damp, mildew smell the……

“I hate having to write reviews like this but wanted to be fair to other travelers. We booked this facility to attend an event for one night over the Memorial Day weekend. At $270 a night, and an overall rating of 8/10, we expected a clean well equipped room. What a suprise!! No hanging space available. Broken floor tile. A bathroom door that was rotted at the bottom and would not close. Bathroom fixtures from the 1950's with holes in the wall and tile grouting that was performed by an amature. A……

“Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

“This hotel was very clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable and lovely the black out curtains. Free parking and breakfast was an added bonus. And above all, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. ”
