“This was my first time staying with VRBO. The unit in Eau Gallie was excellent and everything that it was advertised to be. All the accommodations were very good. The area was quite. All and all, it serviced my needs for the trip. My trip was not a please trip, it was entirely something else. I will try to check this units availability the next time I come to Melbourne. Normally I try to stay in my RV at Wichkam Park, but I could not get a reservation on short notice. I apologize for not……

“My husband had a men’s retreat weekend right down the street so we found this little paradise by chance. The accommodations were very though out. Bed was so comfortable as well as the leather reclining couch. The bathroom was generously sized with good water pressure. In addition the neighborhood was very nice. Sooooooo I felt guilty because I took full advantage of having some much needed “me time” while he was serving. Ran to Dixie Cross Thank you to the owners for all of the attention to……

“This spot is perfect! This is centrally located, you can walk to everything your beach getaway heart desires, and most other things, like Cape Canaveral or Coco Village are 10-20 minutes away. The hosts thought of everything down to the beach umbrella, chairs, cooler & cart! And if you are looking for a fresh catch meal, and great cocktails, look no further then next door at Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster. We can’t wait to visit this property again!”

“We enjoyed the condo- 1 block away from the beach and able to walk to any kind of restaurant. The beds were comfy. Able to sit on the patio for morning coffee or evening drinks. Just a few small issues that I brought to the owners attention.”

“My family loved being at this location, had fun like no other vacation. I can truly say they felt at home. The house was clean, well organized and very charming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen functional and easy to use (plenty of space). They felt happy in this beautiful house and on the gorgeous beach. The proximity to the beach, 20 seconds to have our feet in the sand, was an absolute plus to the vacation, we were regularly on the beach even at night - and felt completely safe.……

“VERY COZY”

“Loved that we could see the water when looking out the windows. It was very close to our event venue, which was a huge plus and Great restaurants were right around the corner! The only suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror. Having 3 people get ready at the same time, all using the bathroom mirror was not fun! Otherwise, we loved it and would book again”

“The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! ”
