“The apartment was lovely, super clean, minutes from the beach, quiet, walking distance from places to eat, and had all amenities needed. Also the cleaning staff were very friendly and nice”

“Apartment was advertised as sleeps 4, however there was only one queen bed accommodating 2 people. There was provided a portable mattress, extra bed sheets and a pillow, but no comforter. Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival. Chair was very dirty to a point where we would not choose to sit. Portable mattress was stained. Shower was updated,……

“I didn't pay any attention to the fact that this was an efficiency apartment unfortunately because I was so stressed before leaving for my vacation. Having said that, this place was absolutely spotless, a great location, quiet, and the owner was super communicative! The beach was super close too! They provided chairs, towels, and coolers which was awesome! If I was traveling solo or maybe a lot younger with another young person, this is great value! Would definitely recommend! ”

“We had a wonderful one-night stay in Cocoa Beach. The space was small, but very clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged—perfect for a short getaway. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, friendly, and very accommodating, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. “Lovely interior and perfect location! I walked to downtown Cocoa beach and road my bike to a race at the aquatic center. The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences. This caused some stress when my flight got in late and I struggled to……

“Loved the location-easy walk across the street to the beach. Pool was nice and good temperature. Condo was small and lacked decorations that were in the pictures. Many nails/screws in the walls with nothing there. Very thin walls-could hear everything above us. AC temp would turn up on its own every night making the condo warmer than we wanted. Could use a good dusting/cleaning on all the vents. ”
