Amazing Location and Place

Good Breeze was all that it advertised and more . A quick jaunt to the beach with all of the amenities we could ask for . The bed was super comfy , the decor really made it feel like a vacation. Can’t wait to go back . It was super accessible and had a strong shower with hot water . AC was great and beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus . Loved it

Just fine for our needs, the porch door didn’t work and one of the locks on the double slider was broken, I didn’t feel unsafe, but was sure not to leave anything valuable. quick walk to the beach, I would suggest having some beach chairs available for guest use. Overall our stay was just wonderful!

Cozy Beach Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed the location and convenience of this first floor apartment. It had everything we needed for an eight day stay. Parking was right outside the door. You can walk to the beach in minutes. We would love to stay for a month next year.

Loved this place.

This condo is close walking distance to the beach, the pier, the grocery, and Ron Jon Surf shop. I never had to drive while I was there. The management was great and always were prompt and helpful answering any questions that I had. The condo was clean and well kept. I have no complaints and highly recommended.

2024 Post Cruise Stay

Location was perfect. Just needed a place for a couple days after our cruise, so we could visit the Kennedy Space Center. The area rug in the living room could use a cleaning or replacement. I also wasn’t a fan of the plywood box under the counter in the kitchen, where there could have been a dishwasher or maybe more cabinets…..maybe this is a work in progress. Overall the space was very clean and very close to the beach and restaurants.

Nice little apartment

This is a ground-level apartment with a second level above. The apartment was clean, relatively modern, and only one block from beach access. Neighborhood seemed safe. A number of small amenities were provided, including coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom. It was quiet, except for footsteps in the apartment above. You can hear every step. Negatives include no dishwasher, weak water pressure in the shower, and a small TV. But it was worth the price, especially being so close to the beach.

Area rug has seen too many days and is dirty. Could hear everything upstairs. Stomping, conversations and even snoring. Company storing their trucks and gear really hurt the property's appeal. Bed was comfortable, good layout, nice patio.

Cozy, but expected more.

Location was great. The noise level was high. We stayed in the lower unit and we could hear every time someone walked. It wasn’t quiet footsteps they were loud!! One night the people above us check in at 10:30pm little kids running around. The next night they came back at 12:40 am interrupting our sleep!!! Needs some more up-dating of kitchen. Limited space especially in the bathroom. Un-pleasant odor when we first arrived. Bothered my allergies.
