「This location is AMAZING! We loved having so much space for all of our children to play while we weren’t at the beach. The yard was also perfect for them to play in. This property has 2 of everything so it was PERFECT for my MIL to stay on one side with us on the other. We loved the decorations and how prepared this property is. Full sized kitchen was perfect to make meals. We also loved having the ability to run a dishwasher and load of laundry everyday! There are 2 great places to eat...

「Great location, pool and back yard space. We enjoyed the beach every day and drove to some surrounding sites. House had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. Captain Rick was a great host and checked on us every day to make sure we had what we needed. Would totally stay again!」

「Honestly, everything you need is in the home. The bed in the bedroom with the attached bathroom is a little on the firm side, and the pillows are pretty flat. My only suggestions would be to provide better pillows and add an outdoor fan on the back patio.Overall, I’d still give this house 5 stars. The communication was excellent, and everything else was just as expected. I would definitely book again, especially if you enjoy a laid-back beach atmosphere!」

「What a beautiful two days we’ve spent at this home! Following a volleyball tournament in Orlando, we decided to take a break at the beach and this was our perfect stop! The house is well appointed with everything you need. The best part, was the water access right off the backyard pier. We rented fishing poles from Cocoa Beach fishing center and fished our hearts out. Our first catch was a 25 pound black drum. The sunsets from the backyard pier didn’t get old! 「The beach was very close! Very clean house and the garage ping pong was a lot of fun! Kids also enjoyed the swing set outside. Some dishwasher pods, laundry pods, sponge, plenty of toilet paper, and paper towels were provided. A few suggestions would be updated king bed and twin bed sheets. We felt we were sleeping on sand because of all the pills on the sheets. The fitted sheets were not enjoyable to sleep on. Also the twin beds were squeaky and may need new mattresses/beds in the near future....
