“Good rec center for families. Rec center and golf course is shared with its residences so there’s a lot of old people swimming and such. I think they are still afraid of Covid, you had to bring your own cup for coffee in the lobby. ”

If you're looking into other accommodations, do yourself a favor and just choose this adorable, well-appointed and decorated little cabin. It has everything you need to cook meals, relax by the firepit, barbecue and even a Smart TV in the bedroom. It is very quiet in this part of Sandpoint yet only a 10-minute drive into town and Lake Pend Oreille if you choose to go into town. The……

We loved being able to use the hot tub and enjoyed the variety of games and the ping pong table. The only complaint is that we tried reaching out to the owner to ask a question about a week before our trip and we never got a response.”

“This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs.”

“The electronic lock on door did not work. I was not aware there was a lock box and did not have a code. My phone did not get service in that area. A neighbor finally came home and let me use his phone. I got code and key. Please let others know about lock box and code. Rest of visit was enjoyable”

Property is beautiful and well kept however views from the cabin not as we had hoped. Warning... No cell service, make sure you have arrangements made before arriving. WiFi is available after you check in.”

The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. Although close to owner's house, felt very private. Enjoyed seeing the sheep and Max every day. We would highly recommend staying with Mark and Victoria.”

“Me and my partner had a beautiful stay here for his 30th birthday. Had plans to see Silverwood theme park but unfortunately they closed. Heidi and Don were wonderful hosts for us! The lake was beautiful too. Even got to enjoy using their small row boat to fish on the lake! (Be sure to get your fishing license for the day) The kitchen set up in the small and cozy guest house was unique. Definitely enjoyed making our coffee in the morning and sitting down by the lake. Overall 10/10 stay. Would……

“The house was amazing with the beautiful decks and the large dock our grandkids had so much fun on the paddle boards and kayak fishing off the dock the amenities inside the house are great fully stocked kitchen ready to go overall was an amazing trip. Would love to book the place again thank you for everything.”
