“Perfect location in Fairhope! We were within walking distance of the Muncipal Pier, restaurants and ALL the shops. There was no need to use your vehicle again once you arrived unless you wanted to venture out to The Grand (which I highly recommend for spectacular sunset views and the ambiance)! The beignets at Panni Petes were amazing and breakfast at Julwins tastes as if it came straight from your grandmother’s kitchen. “We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed how close the property was to everything. Gave four stars for cleanliness as the kitchen counters had coffee grounds collected on them (it was an easy cleanup but something I would want to know if it were my property for guests.) Eveything else was perfect and I would stay again!”

“I needed somewhere to stay for a few days on a business trip. My husband joined me later in the week. This little room was perfect for that, but is small. If you have more than 1-2 people, it would be tight. Owner was very responsive. I would recommend!”

“Loved everything about this location. The balcony was just enough for two people and very private. I would definitely recommend it for couples or individuals who need quiet time and privacy. Great local restaurants and all the amenities were wonderful. The only thing I would like to suggest for consideration is that the gym facility opens earlier for those of us who get up early (even on vacation LOL).”

“Great spot and location for a short fishing trip. Owner was super kind and very communicative. Room was more than enough for my father and I with a nice bed and comfortable enough pull out couch. The only negative was a 35 dollar parking pass but the flip side to that is a very secure facility with 24hr security. Would definitely recommend for 2 adults or even a small family.”

“Very quiet neighborhood, guest house above detached garage just a short walk across the back yard. Nothing fancy but just what I needed for a short stay.”

“Overall it was nice. The pictures are very accurate the blinds by then bed could be darker. It was hard to sleep in with the sun in your eyes. The living are was congested with some things that prolly weren’t necessary. The door key code was so long it sometimes took more than once to get it. That was awful on the cold Rainy day. We called the property but we got it open before anyone answered. Overall we loved it. It was just a few little things.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautiful and has such a beautiful view of the beach/gulf. We used the pool and the hot tub - so relaxing! The only “snag” we had (and it wasn’t really a major snag…it was more of an unclear bit of information) was getting there to find out a parking permit for two days was $35. It’s not a crazy amount but I just wasn’t completely prepared for it. I’m not sure if the cost for parking changes seasonally or something, but it might be a good idea to list the……

“This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.”
