Welcome to this spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home and additional sleeping space. This home is one block from the vibrant Sherman Avenue, Coeur d'Alene's main street. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, this home is ideal for families and groups looking to experience the adventure and charm of North Idaho.

This home offers two living rooms, with the lower level living area doubling as an additional sleeping space, perfect for larger groups. We loved our stay on Front street! The location was excellent, being set back enough from downtown to be quiet, but short enough distance to walk downtown. The house was super clean, with all amenities needed, plus some! The hot tub was well cared for, clean, and a nice way to relax in the evenings. The beds we stayed in were also very comfortable (we stayed in 3 of 4 beds). Thanks for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Downtown Coeur d' Alene house

House was perfect for my group of 4. Great location, capable of walking to downtown (about 4 blocks).House was well equipped with pots, pans, great bbq out back. Hot tub worked great. 1 bedroom downstairs with (3) bedrooms upstairs. The master upstairs has its own bathroom. The (2) other rooms upstairs shared a second bathroom. Parking was easy and plenty. Overall, great experience.

Our stay was fantastic! The host was great at communication and leaving instructions. They even so kindly provided us with freshly baked cookies. Our group gets to see eachother 1x/year, and we were simply happy to to have a great living room so we could all gather to talk and catch up. Clean hot tub. Plenty of towels for hot tub and showers. Two mattresses were uncomfortable enough for our backs to note, but overall property was great!
