We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Midtown apartments! The place was very clean and easy to access. Plus there were a few bonus amenities like phone chargers in each nightstand, coffee and snacks, and ACs in the bedroom which were essential as it was a heat wave while we were there! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The owner thought of everything, from phone chargers on each bedside table to disposable makeup wipes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels super soft and a shower that I didn’t want to leave. To top it all off, the location was excellent and the place was very clean.

It was a very nice place to stay, clean, and very pleasantly surprised with all the thoughtful amenities that were stocked from bottled water to a bathroom full of toiletries just in case! The designated parking space was also a huge bonus. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be booking again when we come back!

Cool comfortable oasis

We picked the hottest time to come to CDA and it was amazing to step inside and feel the cool air conditioning and see a clean tastefully appointed haven ready for us. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. Three tvs, really reliable WiFi, and charging cords give you all the tech you could want. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms circulate the cool air. The washer and dryer came in so handy when we were hiking and swimming. The kitchen had everything you could want and more. The shower with the two shower heads was wonderful. So many extra touches all over the house to make you feel welcome. Cold water bottles in the fridge, snack bars, extra toiletries if you forgot something. The check in with the keyless entry was easy and worked well. Parking is off street and close to the unit. Safe area. Should mention it’s in the lower unit so there are people living above you. We were not bothered by this and it was always quiet for sleeping and the AC helped with white noise too. I recommend this place with all its amenities and convenient location. Eric is a great host. Very quick to respond and kind.

This spot was perfect and super comfortable for my husband, daughter and I for a short trip to CDA for the a soccer game. Wish we could have stayed another night! Lovely remodeled space with all the right amenities - the rain shower was heaven. Well done!

Our host was great. He was always available for anything we needed. The condo was very clean and met our needs. The only negative was that the condo was on the bottom level and we could hear the upstairs neighbors moving around.
