It was just a short walk to downtown and the lake. The walk to the downtown was safe even at night. Tons of bars and restaurants not far from the condo. The place had a window AC in the living room which was nice. The condo was clean as seen in photos!

Excellent, mid-town location that's walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, downtown area. Very clean and cute and well-stocked. Queen bed in bedroom very comfy. The living room has a sort of futon that can be made into a bed (maybe a full size?). Would absolutely stay again!
