“It was beautiful large home with plenty of space for 15 of us in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable. They have a TON of games and unique amenities, like a towel warmer, beach chairs, extra outdoor tables and chairs. A couple things that were mildy inconvenient was the thermostat is locked (we understand why) but it would get super cold in the house. There was only enough TP, dish soap, trash bags, paper towles, and dish detergent for 2 days. With a 5 night stay we had to……

“The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. “The property looked like it needs an update. The room itself presented clean but we heard every noise the entire floor of kids running and screaming all night.”

“This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference.”

“Cleaning needs improvement; the carpet and bathroom were very dirty. The staff need to do better, as they didn't care about helping; our room had no hot water, and they weren't willing to switch our room or fix the problem. 😞”

“The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo.”

“So this property said access to lake but access was nine blocks. The carpet in our room was very stained very gross. Old building not what we were expecting.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Greenbriar Inn. The location was fantastic walking distance to the downtown hub. Safe street parking, didn’t have to use our vehicle all weekend. Check in process was smooth. The restaurant and bar staff were knowledgeable and very attentive. Chef did an excellent job and drink menu was creative and delicious. Live music on the outdoor stage was a bonus. Loved the entire building decor inside and out. Room was inviting, period decor really set off a great vibe for……
