“Beautiful facilities and good location, however there was a lack of attention to detail from staff. We weren’t told where breakfast was, how to access WiFi, what to do with ski equipment or how to use the spa! ”

“Superb resort with a large indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There’s also a ski room with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the piste which leads to Doron and Pointe de la Masse gondolas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that showers are in a bathtub which may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Breakfast is an excellent hot buffet European spread. ”

“Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“The room was clean, everything one could need was there. The description said two double beds but unfortunately it was a double and a sofabed (which was small and uncomfortable, suitable for a child?). The room was cramped. But the view was great. ”

“Belle vue, sympas d avoir un appartement plutot qu une simple chambre. Un peu vieillissant (peinture qui s écaille dans la salle de bains par exemple). Peu insonnorisé avec des enfants terribles a coté qui nous ont reveillé. Personnel au top! ”

“This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. ”

“The hotel was perfect. Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The hotel itself is in a perfect position for skiing, next to the slopes. The room we had (double bed with a pull out sofa bed and balcony) was very clean and comfortable. The ski room was brilliant. A locker for your skis and boots (no coming down to find someone’s gone off with your equipment). My only criticism is that the food at the evening buffet didn’t have any allergen labels on it (it’s quite common to find these……
