Two minutes drive to the beach and local restaurants. Two minutes to Coffs Central shopping centre and six minute drive to the International Stadium.

The property was in a great location - close to heart of town. Property itself was very nice - only challenges were kitchen equipment was quite old and a number of blinds were broken. However the house itself is beautiful and with a few updates it would be incredible.
