The villa is just outside the bustling market town of Cogolin with its many restaurants and shops. St Tropez, St Maxine and beaches are only 15 kilometers away. The villa is full of character and charm whilst providing every amenity. Well furnished throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen. Large, bright and airy lounge/dining room with open fireplace and French doors to the garden. First floor master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom. One twin and one triple bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor. South facing grounds and terrace, sunny all day, with plenty of outdoor furniture for relaxing and shaded area for dining. The large pool and surrounding terrace receive sunshine all day and have spectacular views across the valley to the vineyards of St Marc and Massif des Maures. Access and Transportation: The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Cogolin, the centre of which is approximately 4 minutes drive away. When planning travel arrangements we recommend arrival in the daylight for ease of navigation. There is no public transport close by; therefore a car is essential. Access to the house from the road is via an unmade drive/ track.
