「Vimos agradecer ao pessoal da Granja que nos prestou grande ajuda por reativar o carro alugado que, por minha negligência, deixou a bactéria descarregada por ter o motor ligado durante a noite. Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. Parabéns à Dona da Granja por ter uma equipa que demonstra um atendimento excepcional, sempre com um sorriso e muita cordialidade....

「Room was nice and clean, large with fridge, the air conditioner saved me. The breakfast was nice. The only annoying thing is the creaky old stairs that made it seem like someone was coming in the room. They said it was an old house. The bar on the bottom is nice, they called a taxi for me when I needed to leave. The location is walkable but depending on where you are going be aware that there are hills in Coimbria. 「This was a very small boutique hotel located right on one of the old streets in the city. Parking was not available on the very narrow street so we had to park a few blocks away. It is very close to walk to the waterfront and downtown area. We did not receive our check-in information. So when we arrived and rang the bell no one was there even though it was only about 5:00 p.m. . Luckily one of our phones was enabled to make calls, we were able to contact them to get the code for the door...
