“Parking well lit as well as in front of the doors and surrounding areas, lawn well maintained, outside was clean and free of debris. Inside lacked updating and cleaning. Shower head corroded as well as faucets, shower grout dirty with buildup. Room in desperate need of dusting and deep cleaning. Animal hairs found throughout rokm. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Carpets need shampooing to get the dank smell out. Windows and sills need cleaning, Tv would not change from initial channel.……

“This B&B is chocked full of quaint and eclectic charm. It was a comforting and affordable stay during a challenging time visiting my brother in ICU at WYNN. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. ”

“We love this place and the owner Jenn! We are coming back, hopefully soon! We had fun in the tavern down stairs and slept like babies all weekend in our room. This place is one of a kind! We’ve stayed at dozens of places throughout the Adirondacks and this one is by far, our favorite! ”

“The Rosemont is a beautiful old B&B. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the proprieters were very helpful and available. The breakfast was nicely done and delicious. As with most older B&Bs it needs a little paint and repair and while I loved the clawfoot tub and the huge bathroom, it was a little rundown and rickety. I would still choose the Rosement over a soulless modern hotel, as long as you don't mind the tradeoffs.”

“The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay.”

“Charming and comfortable suite. This is an old building, stairs and floors are well out of square and weathered. All things we needed were provided and clean!! Rare and treasured. Restaurant under construction 11/2025. No fuss, easy communication via text.”

“Room was in disrepair, cracked window that made it feel unsettling, lock was broken which didn't make us feel safe, as well as the shower was brutal, flooded the bathroom. Much needed repairs, wouldn't stay here again. ”

“We were very disappointed that the hotel did not disclose ongoing renovations at the time of booking. The work was centered in the entrance lobby, making coming and going feel unsafe and hectic with our one-year-old. Between the loud construction noise and the overpowering paint fumes, it was not a suitable environment for a young child. Transparency is key, and we should have been given the chance to book elsewhere given the conditions.”
