「Convenient location with a friendly staff. The sleeping room was extremely clean with good linen and attention to detail other than a plastic ice bucket that was cracked. Parking lot was in serious need of a clean up. Electronic door lock was slightly faulty. One of the key cards didn't work at all. Toilet needed to be flushed twice to cleanse anything from it. When I turned the hot water on in the tub it came out brown initially. The hot water had a slow drip and the shower head barely...

「Great location, very clean and comfortable! Friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even on a holiday weekend it was family friendly and quiet. Coffee at the free continental breakfast was surprisingly decent! However for the caffeine snobs, would recommend a quick drive to historic Hazelwood for Beach Mountain Diner and the coffee roasters cafe across the street.」

「Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late.
