「When we arrived at Old Orchard after a long day of travel, we decided to drop into the lounge for a drink, and to spend some time on the large patio with a lovely view. Unfortunately, the service at the bar was by far the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel, bar or lounge. Four peopled milled about behind the bar -- three young ladies and one young man -- and not a single one of them made eye contact with us or asked for our orders. And to be clear, we stood there for close to 10 minutes...
