“This is a treasure trove of accommodation that will amaze you, the best and most special building of all my travels.It has a history of 130 years and has a garden of 13,000m2. The rooms are large and well-equipped. Surrounded by century-old trees and various flowers and plants for you to enjoy, we experienced the life of a farmer for the first time here.If you have time, the owner will show you how to feed her merino sheep and hens, as well as her yard.The host was very welcoming and we tasted……

“It was a lovely rental property. I feel there was a need for more towels staying 3 nights and the pump comes on quite a number of times and noisy. It is well equiped and would recommend property to othere.”

“On the Beach 2 was lovely. The spaces and proximity to the beach were exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beach and the easy walk to town and wineglass bay cruise. The only feedback would be that the Queen bed was tired and not very comfortable. Mattress could do with replacing.”

“The property is in an excellent location close to the beach and with magnificent views across the bay to the mountains in Freycinet NP. There is a nice deck with a pan outside dining set and barbecue from which to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped. The one downside to the property is that there are no clothes closets.”

“View was great. Convenient. No communication prior to visit including manager contact details. Wifi would be helpful.”

“All the ratings are correct but there isn’t one for furnishings. The bed is possibly the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept in, the doona is second rate and has discoloured, and the blankets need updating. The living room couches are past their use by date (my back was hurting after the first of four nights). When charging these prices all the furnishings should be gorgeous, the cost to upgrade would probably total about $5,000. The bathroom/laundry are great and the kitchen is fine. The……
