My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The A/C was perfect, water pressure was awesome, and the beds were comfortable. We parked in the lot every day, and felt safe in the neighborhood. Staff was helpful and kind when I called forgetting our door code. Will definitely stay here again!

There is no onsite staff, seemed deserted, communication for checkin was not as described and took three attempts to reach someone throughout the course of the day. Was even hung up by same staff member when trying to describe my discomfort with staying there by myself with my daughter in a place that didn’t seem to have any activity. I was told to deal with Expedia and that I would not be getting a refund from her and good luck finding another place to stay on busy move in weekend.

Room was clean - No Shower soap, etc - walking distance to Chinese and Mexican restaurants (if open) - parking was challenging if you arrive late. My reservation was cancelled for two beds and the only other option was a single King bed. :(

I had to evacuate from the forest fire in Spokane and this was one of the few places available. I just want to preface and say that I am very grateful to have a place to safely stay. But this room was not as clean as I’d hoped, The floorboards were covered in dirt and the shower was filthy and had hair and grime all over the mat that was in the tub, and grime along the sides (but since I was only there for a night it was no issue for me). Overall though the room was fine and the bed was clean. The check-in process was easy, but there was no staff on site. They have a phone number that you send a picture of your ID to, and you have a code to enter your room. Parking is also not ideal as the lot is pretty small so be prepared to park on the side of the road, but it was a pretty quiet road and I had no worries about my car.
