"We booked a stay and were told upon arrival, that the hotel had overbooked. They did not offer a refund, or "walk" us like what is generally expected from a holiday inn. We called many other hotels in the area and they were all booked. We ended up sleeping in our car. No customer service at all!"

"You get what you pay for. If you keep that in mind, then you will not be disappointed. It is an old property that has issues, but it is safe and is great for a short stay where you need somewhere to sleep for the night."
