“Wir hatten einen traumhaften Sommerurlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen und 13 Kindern/Jugendlichen in Guidos Ferienhaus „Eleonore“. Wir haben den Aufenthalt am großzügigen und sauberen Pool genossen, gemeinsam gekocht und draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen. “Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. “We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.”

It was the perfect location to stay while venturing out to all the cities and towns that we wanted to see.
