「We stayed there for the SEC WBB tournament. Convenient for driving downtown quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate a small amount for breakfast because we were meeting friends for brunch later. But what we had was very good. 」

「They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「Check in was odd. I felt like I was intruding. Immediately when I get in my room and sit on the bed, I smell the pillows. They smell like a sweaty person. Not wanting to cause a scene I call down and ask for a couple of extra pillows. I was told I could come get some. Ok, maybe I’ve been spoiled but stuff like that is usually brought to the room. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. I showered and went to get some lotion out of the container on the wall and it was empty. These are...
