Perfect for Aggie football weekends, campus visits, graduations or simply enjoying all that College Station has to offer. Parking is shared with main dwelling house and guest car must fit in garage.

Came in for my daughter's sorority parents weekend. Great location, the house was clean and well appointed. Parking was hassle free since we had the garage. We will be staying here again in the future!

The place is very clean and well taken care of. It has a full kitchen upstairs with new appliances. The carpet is new and they even provide the litttle things like q tips and soap etc. The location is ideal. You can see the stadium just looking down the street! The hosts are amazing at communication as well. You can not go wrong with this place! It will sleep up to 4 adults and has two full bathrooms and a full washer and dryer which is awesome. I would definitely stay here again.
