Charming 2 bedrooms condo unit, a touchdown throw away from Kyle Field. There is comfy queen-sized bed in each room. Also, there is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub and one half bath. The kitchen includes a full stainless steel appliances, electric glass to stove , oven, microwave, dishwasher, and regular coffee machine with coffee included. This condo is perfect for a short day trip or a month-long extended stay.

Convenient stay
This place was exactly as listed, quiet neighborhood and perfect for 4 people. We could’ve used some blankets in the living room while hanging and watching TV but it had everything we needed otherwise.

Convenient, clean, easy
Nice split-level duplex with bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. Just on the south side of College Station, very close to and convenient for visiting Texas A&M university. Would stay here again!

Nice stay
Overall, we enjoyed our stay for a football game weekend. The place was very reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable. Nice, big TV to watch some college football while not at the A&M game. Location was easy to get to. Only one bath towel per person and no washcloths so may want to bring your own. Owner was very responsive to communication. There are 4 units in the building and would like the listing of this unit letter to be a bit more clear. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend.

A place to crash but not hangout
Pet pee stains in both bedrooms; AC didn’t consistently work; dead flies in the refrigerator…it just wasn’t a place I would want to hangout or cook in. But if you just need a place to sleep it’s ok.
