“Wow! A 4+ star agriturosmo in a breathtakingly beautiful part of Italy. Wonderfully accommodating staff. Great pool and play area (a soccer field!) Near Larino and Osteria Borgo — an amazing restaurant and a town of interesting shops. 20 mins from Adriatic Sea, yet quiet and peaceful. A great find!”

“The most luxury stay on our trip. Well kept and beautiful, clean room, with the kindest and most patient hosts. Who with humor and goodwill found a way to communicate with us, even though we didn't speak Italian. Great advice on restaurants, and for day-trips. We will gladely come back here. ”

It’s unfortunate that there is not sufficient economic activity in this area. We hope more people will visit this area of Italy and help to create a tourist economy.”

“We had a fabulous stay!
The owner Emmanuela is friendly, gracious and super helpful. She has also great restaurant recommendations.
We felt like we were staying in an art gallery. Everything was tastefully designed mixing modern art with the beautiful old world building.
Location is perfect for exploring the area.
Parking is bit of an issue. Campobasso is a busy city, so you will need to find paid street parking.
Otherwise I do highly recommend this place for the location and charm.”

“Double check with them before booking. Not all rooms have air conditioning. (It was August so this was necessary) The room we originally were given did not so we were moved to 5th floor which was fine but no elevator in this property. Excellent location in area and we did get a voucher for daily coffee and cornetto at the nearby bar.”
