“Loved our stay at this property. Very clean and well managed. Every piece of kitchen equipment you could ever need and excellent WiFi and TV. Well maintained community andin September it was quiet andpeaceful. Beautiful sunsets over the lake from the pool area. Had everything that we wanted,restaurants and shopping, within a short drive. Property Manager Doris very attentive and interested. We plan to return.”

“The location is excellent, the host was attentive and informative. The beds, sheets and bed covers were very old and need to be replaced. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep with the lumpy old mattresses. The master shower has mold and need to be addressed.Other than that it was a good experience.”

“This was a pristine property with a great location. However, some of the amenities listed were not accurate or broken. The bigger issue was the amount of clutter in every bedroom closet and/or dresser. We had to live out of suitcases because of this. In addition, although we were informed before hand that the garage was not available for use, it did not prepare us for the amount of items being stored there that could potentially be a hazard. ”

“Excellent experience at Villa Marco Island. Great communication, very clean, comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. Now the exciting part, the art and furniture are as amazing as the views from the beautiful pool looking out onto the deep water dock and the canal! This is a real gem and we hope to return as soon as we are able!!”
