“Being the owner of a large Vacation Rental company myself I can’t help but eyeball everything when I rent a vacation rental. This home was amazing. I traveled with a total of 7 other adults and we did not lack for space.Our rooms were all perfectly anointed with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. The beds we’re very comfortable and the rooms themselves were spacious and with plenty of dresser and closet space.The cooking and dining area was well suited for entertaining offering a large……

“The unit was clean and comfortable . The facilities with the unit (pool, pickleball courts and gym) couldn’t have been better ”

“This place has everything you need! Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, beach toys, kitchen accessories. We traveled with 5 children aged 7 months to 10 years old. The house supplies potty chairs, high chairs, and various toys. It was kid friendly spacious, and beautiful. The property manager was quick to reply and offered local suggestions. Check in was simple! We loved everything! We loved our stay! Highly recommend the house and working with the property managers!”

“As first timers to Everglades City, not sure what to expect, we fell in love with the area! Thing to do if you want, or just sit and relax by the pool. Restaurants in the area were amazing. And it’s a nice drive to Goodland or Marco if so desired. We sat out on the screened porch a lot, and enjoyed the location of the condo. Kim is so very attentive to anything you may need! ”

“We were 10 people and we loved the house! It was an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. Close to everything! House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The management company and owner were very polite and easy to communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future.”
