“Good everything ”

“The pool was closed (during spring break) for renovation. The hotel receives only a couple of guest passes for the neighboring pool but they're very hard to come by. However, the bigger problem was around the beach chairs/umbrellas. A separate company operates these, and there are only a few rows of chairs & umbrellas set up for rent. People apparently can reserve them in advance for extended days, but most of the time they were never used, and the company wouldn't allow anyone else to use them……

“This property is well worth the stay. Only issue we had was untimely housekeeping with cleaning our room. They should consider an adult only pool area as well. Otherwise highly recommend.”

“They did not clean the Room during my stay and when I asked I was told If I want my room Clean I need to pay Extra.They asked me to take out my trash and wash the dishes,I travel A LOT and this is the first time I see this, ahhh I almost forget I have to rum after the person in charge to change my room towels. Now I am thinking ......may be they did not change the bedding before I arrived???????”

“The only disappointing aspect of our stay was an interaction at checkout with a front desk employee named Autum. Unfortunately, her demeanor came across as rude and condescending, which is especially disheartening during an early 6:20 AM departure.I had a simple question regarding the valet charges, as we were billed twice despite the car not being moved. It felt somewhat misleading, as “valet parking” typically implies an active service, rather than a static parking charge over multiple days.……

“We loved this property! Our suite was clean. The staff, especially Emy, was very helpful. The cook is top notch! Hot breakfast every morning and on Mon, Tues, Wed, she puts out food at dinner (5:30pm) for people to meet one another. We used the pool, gym (has a filtered water bottle filler), business center computers and printing, BBQ grill. All were great. Some tips: pool has fountains! You have to ask staff to turn them on. There is a fire pit outdoors. Easy to use. The BBQ grills are easy to……

“Great hotel in a perfect location right on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was awesome and a great place to relax, and the food was very good for a hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Another big plus is that the beach is only about a half mile away, making it an easy walk. The only drawback for me is that I’m a big gym person,……

“Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated.”
