“It’s a very nice property. I was disappointed that our room was across the street from the main building. It wasn’t clear in the booking. Great that they provide chairs for free (included in hotel price).”

“The resort is beautiful. Great location and lots to do, shopping and restaurants all very close by. The pools, lazy river and facilities at the resort are nice but service was greatly lacking. When needing fresh towels, refills of toilet tissue and attention for broken A/C multiple calls needed to be made and we experienced extended wait times. During our week long stay our A/C broke down 3 times during 90+ degree heat. Management did apologize and offer credits but that did not reduce our……

“I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay.”

“No coffee much less complimentary till 7am. Room coffee was the worst I have ever had. Room was damp A/C didn't dehumidify room was damp and smelled damp. The on site food was ok but way over priced. Hotel staff was poor had very little concern for condition of room nor the bugs hanging out on ceiling. No value I'm going back to Hilton.”
