Staff was a little distracted at check in , as he was on his phone. Room was lovely except our pool and ocean view was terrible. Pool was under construction and noisy notice when we booked the room would have chosen a different hotel.

Everything was wonderful! Even with construction, the room was quiet. Clean with amenities that I didn't know I needed. The walk to the beach was not far and the complimentary chairs and umbrellas were a lifesaver. Beautiful! I can only hope to get to return again soon!

This place was the most exceptional hotel stay I’ve ever had. You can walk right out on the beach, valet parking and bell service is included in your stay, there’s a small fridge, and a stove so you can cook your own meals if you’d like. I loved it here.

The room and hotel was nice. We went the first week of February in 2026. The entire back half of the hotel, including the poles was all under construction. Just overall felt like a construction site more than it did a resort. That said, I'm sure once they have all the repairs this place will be a four or five star rating in my book.

The hotel was clean and felt welcoming. Easy to maneuver up to our room. Amenities were great (coffee maker in room, plenty of towels, beach towels even provided, full kitchen appliances). We loved the private walkway to the beach! We had a wonderful ocean front room that had beautiful views. We paid a bit extra for that room and I am glad we did. There is no breakfast available at the hotel, however there are PLENTY of places within waking distance, or driving if you have a car. We walked to breakfast every morning and the walk was very enjoyable! Check out the special offers on the table for things to do. We took an amazing boat tour because of a special flyer offer on the table...pointed out by the morning desk clerk. (Not sure who the night time front desk clerk was... but he was worthless. Zero help on anything. He even told us the wrong room number when he handed us the card to the room. At least he wrote it correctly in the sleeve LOL.) **worth mentioning...the pool and hot tub area were undergoing repairs during our stay (sounds like it will be for awhile). We had to listen to the compressor running every day, as well as noisy tools, etc. (Sounds like a normal construction zone). So, no using them until construction is done. Not sure when that will be, but you can check with the hotel. It happened to be in front of our room, so the noise was very noticeable. As was the lack of pool and hot tub. We would stay here again!

The room was very clean& well supplied with all that we needed, I did not give it a 5 star because we had no patio or balcony to sit on because the area where are room was located was under constriction until APRIL. That was not listed in our rental description.

Reception rep. was unfriendly and unwilling to answer our questions, as this was our first stay at the Marco Beach Ocean Suites. Check-in time was stated as 4 p.m. It was delayed until 4:52p.m.... not even an apology was given. The view from our balcony was appalling! It was stated to me on multiple occasions when I called, previous to our arrival, "Do you realize the pool is closed? The pool was more than just closed! Right out our balcony, it was a huge construction zone. Tons of building equipment all around the area. Ten men working... scraping the sides of the pool, etc. starting at 8 a.m.!! And, worse than all this, they operated a large electric or gas powered saw that was heard through closed doors. Needless to say, for all these reasons we were unable to use our balcony, were awakened at 8 a.m., and were robbed of an enjoyable vacation. Please advise.

Room was clean. All supplies that we needed were provided. Very noticeable chemical smell from cleaning supplies that was a bit overpowering. Person greeting us upon checking in not helpful on orientation to the property. Figured it out ourselves. Parking attendant very courteous and helpful. Workout room had everything you needed.
