"Loved staying at TreeTops in Bonita Springs, and Karen was a great host. She was flexible with my check out time, and then even more so because the power randomly went out. Her communication was excellent. The duplex unit is tidy and well-equiped with everything I could want for a weekend on the river, including kayaks! The property is adorable with fountains and garden art everywhere, and it feels like a little fantasy land. The lush tropical grounds are lovely to walk around, and the access to the river is a huge bonus. Around the corner is the great little restaurant district of Bonita and we had fun at the Sugar Shack to hear live music and enjoy some tasty pizza, and the next night went to the Rooftop for some really good foodtruck tacos and more music. The coffee shop was also great, and I walked through Wonder Gardens to see some beautiful tropical plants and animals. All in all, a great stay!"

"Its a whole house!!! Great price and cool location. There are bars a couple blocks away, a grocery store a couple blocks away. My son and I went down to see his girlfriend graduate highschool. We are from Washington so needless to say that the air conditioner worked AMAZINGLY!!!! im 6ft 3 300lbs and was soooo happy with the AC. Bedrooms were clean. Cute little living room and a cool patio set up outside. One under the car port with an electric grill that works great and a couple of outdoor couches and table with a tv. And then another patio area with a table and chairs underneath in-between some cool trees. Cool spot for late night after graduation sit down and having a few drinks while conversating with brand new friends. Watch out for the frog though!! 2 am drinking tequila and something landing on you...makes for the scariest funniest moment of your life!! Lizards everywhere too which is kind of cool. 3 of us stayed their comfortably and we spent the nights outside laughing all night and weren't bothered or bothering anyone. This was my first time down there and luckily we had my son's girlfriends dad drive us around and to me it felt very central located. Beach, seafood, bars, shopping, everything seemed like it was within 20-30 minutes or less. Oh and there is a shower outside and a fire pit in the back yard. The outside shower feels amazing!!"

Hot Tub & Outdoor Pool: Bonita Springs Getaway!

"Overall we were happy with the property. Let me start with some of the good. The property listing was accurate and communication with the host was quick. Our handyman Robert stopped by on the first day to introduce himself and let us know if we needed anything to please contact him. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet, even with its proximity to the freeway. There were a few negatives. First, our main reason for renting the property was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a bad motor that continued to stop working. Robert came over numerous times and got it running again. I appreciate that but it still didn't work when we wanted it to. Also, a large detail that we found off-putting was the lack of curtains on the three back sliders. No coverings, no curtains, no shades. It just gave the house an odd feel at night. I would also like to point out that they charge you a couple hundred dollars for cleaning fees but still expect the dishes to be done and put away. I can understand loading the dish washer but I don't like thinking about how clean the dishes might have been after other people "washed" and put them away. Again, let me reiterate, we were overall happy with the rental. There were just a few things that could have definitely been better."
