「I was amazed on how fresh and clean the room was . I am OCD with cleanliness and I can vouch for the cleanliness of the room. Only issue was the pillows. They were too hard and we woke up with a neck ache. Besides that this is all 5 stars .」

「It’s not horrible but not the best property I’ve stayed at on the island. Friendliness of staff was hit or miss. The AC in our room was very loud (like a lawn mower inside your room) and when I mentioned this upon checkout they said that “yeah that must of not been fun.” For being a somewhat newly renovated property, the mattress was horrible. I will probably stay at a different property on my next trip.」

「The rooms were very spacious with a kitchenette and the balcony was big enough to sit out on it to have lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend this place!」

「We were in the tiki room which is a freestanding building at the back of the complex right on the parking lot. It was nice and very clean, spacious enough inside to walk around with a little area sink and fridge and then also the bathroom and bedroom area. They had so many hooks in this place it was fabulous because that is always something that is lacking. The air conditioner was cool and with the ceiling fan, we were super comfy. Some parking lot noise and a kind of low hum noise in the room...

「Their office hours end at the same time as when the check-in starts. So they left a letter on the office door with my last name on it when we arrived before dinner. Opened the envelope and got the code to open the safe next to the office door to get the keys. Opened the room only to find the bed sheets were on the floor. The restroom was a mess left by the previous guest. Looks like they were in the middle of cleaning the room and left in a hurry. Tried calling their off-hours number, but no one...

「The Tv in the room didn’t work at all. The AC never quite got cold. Staff were super friendly. Had we been staying longer than a night we would’ve mentioned the TV and asked to switch rooms.」

「The location is great. You can walk by the beach directly from the elevators. We asked for our room to be cleaned several times but they mixed up the request and finally nobody came. They put music all day and is quite loud. Other than that, the place is great if you want to go on a few beach days. There are also some restaurants at walking distance from the hotel.」

「The best part about this stay was the valet, and help with luggage to and from room. These employees were very fast and helpful. The pool staff was very attentive, and friendly. Never missed a thing. Room was clean, but communication about cleaning wasn't good. When asked about when they could clean and check room I mentioned a day and early as we would be out an about.
