「Exceptional service - attentive, honest, responsive staff. Restaurant very pricy, but room service more affordable and delicious. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but with a little adventure you can get down to the center of Lugano.」

「Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!」
