Really nice place with beautiful views over the region. The staff were lovely and the room service dinner I had was excellent and reasonably priced (even for Switzerland). I highly recommend for a relaxing day or two in a surreal setting.

Great hotel BUT........ They are very proud about their location. The swimming pool is in a fabulous location but the huge hedges all around obscure what could be a glorious view. The garden bar is great with good staff but again the view is obscured by hedges. The terrace restaurant is fabulous but again with the view obscured. I don't understand why the management have willingly destroyed the hotel's greatest asset. Please explain.

Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.
