Riveredge Resort
We stayed one night in the off season on our way to Quebec. The area was very quiet and I'm sure is much more vibrant during the summer. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. It is dated and in need of an update.

1000 Islands Harbor Hotel
The room was gorgeous and very clean, we loved it. The tv didn't work well and the WIFI wasn't very good but we just used our phones for entertainment, otherwise it would've been 5 stars.
