“This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming.
We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . Accidents happen and this error……
“Lovely small hotel that was spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and well situated for walking into the village albeit this is on a hill. The pool is nice with a number of loungers but not big if you want to do a lot of swimming.
Overall though a lovely hotel with kind attentive staff. Would recommend”
“Excellent stay at the Active hotel/Hotel Milano. Staff amazing and very accommodating. Location was beautiful, 5 star food, accomodation the suite was the next level, balcony with view of the town. Will definitely be going back. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.”
Votazione 10 e lode! ”
“We had a beautiful room with a view of Lago Garda that was beautiful. A quiet and tranquil place to relax and forget your worries. The food and service were excellent. It is a short walk to Gardone Riviera and the dock to catch the water ferry to enjoy the other sites on the lake.
We highly recommend the Spiaggia d’Oro!”
